IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Verify Line Voltage Before Use

All Mapu Speakers have been designed for use with 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz AC current. Connection to different line voltage can create a safety and fire hazard and may damage the unit. If you have any questions about the voltage requirements for your specific model, or about the line voltage in your area, contact us before plugging the unit into a wall outlet.

Do Not Use Extension Cords

To avoid safety hazards, use only the power cord supplied with your unit. We do not recommend that extension cords be used with this product. As with all electrical devices, do not run power cords under rugs or carpets, or place heavy objects on them. Damaged power cords should be replaced immediately with a cord that meets factory specifications.

Handle the AC Power Cord with Care

When disconnecting the power cord from an AC outlet, always pull the plug; never pull the cord. If you do not intend to use your speaker for any considerable length of time, disconnect the plug from the AC outlet.

Use of leather speaker coasters

In order to prevent scratches on clay vessels and surfaces they are placed on, always use the enclosed leather speaker coasters.

Do Not Open the Speaker Cabinet or Power Supply

There are no user-serviceable components inside the Mapuguaquén speakers. Opening the cabinet may present a shock hazard, and any modification to the product will void your warranty. If water or any metal object accidentally falls inside the unit, disconnect it from the AC power source immediately and contact us.

Do not allow the power supply or speaker to come into contact with water, humidity or heat

The speaker technology, including the power supply and outer cabinet materials, is sensitive to extreme heat and humidity. Keep away from any hazardous conditions. Contact to water, humidity, or heat may result in a shock hazard or damage the speaker itself.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

· Plug the power adaptor into the AC outlet and the round DC plug into the back panel of the speaker.

· Press the power button and wait until the LED light blinks orange, indicating that the speaker is switched on and ready to play music.

· If your speaker doesn't play music, please check the following:

· Ensure that the power cord is plugged in correctly.

· Activate Bluetooth® on audio source device and
ensure that it has been properly paired with the speaker.

· Make sure your Bluetooth® or Aux-in source device is playing audio, then slowly increase the volume.

· Move the Bluetooth® device closer to the speaker.

· Avoid sources of interference or signal absorption such as other mobile phones or vessels of water.

· If the speaker appears connected (is properly paired and the LED light remains orange) but doesn't play sound, shortly press the power button in order to renew the connection.

· If your device doesn't identify the Mapuguaquén speaker (the speaker doesn't appear on the Bluetooth® list of your device), turn the Bluetooth functionality off and on to restart.

· If you can't pair your device, make sure that no other device is paired and blocking the connection. Quickly double click the power button until the LED light indicates that it is ready to pair by blinking.
